Jeannie Virden serves as the Enterprise Chief Human Resources Officer for Central Health, which includes CommUnityCare and Sendero Health Plans. A mission driven Human Resources executive, she oversees all aspects of the human resources functions focusing on developing and executing compensation, benefit, talent acquisition, talent management, and talent development strategies that represent the organization’s culture and values. Jeannie is passionate about the people that bring organizations to life and focuses on implementing change to enhance the employee experience and achieve workforce excellence.
Prior to this position, Jeannie served as the Vice President of Human Resources for CommUnityCare, a separate but affiliated 501(c)(3) organization of Central Health. Jeannie has over fifteen years of human resources experience, all within healthcare.
Jeannie holds her Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, as well as her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certifications.
