Community Conversation
Central Health, Travis County’s hospital district, is building a better healthcare system for people with low income. We’re expanding care, opening new clinics, and enrolling more people in healthcare coverage. It’s all part of our new Healthcare Equity Plan to create a comprehensive, high-functioning healthcare system for the Travis County residents who need it the most.

Central Health Del Valle Health & Wellness Center
The Del Valle Health & Wellness Center will bring expanded clinical services to Del Valle and surrounding communities to foster mental and physical well-being among Southeast Travis County residents. The Center is set to open in the fall of 2023.

Central Health Hornsby Bend Health & Wellness Center
The Hornsby Bend Health & Wellness Center coming in the fall of 2023 will bring expanded clinical services and foster mental and physical well-being while building community among Eastern Travis County residents. The center will offer primary care, integrated behavioral health (via Telehealth), a community playscape, workout equipment, and a nature trail.

Central Health Rosewood-Zaragosa Specialty Care Clinic
This state-of-the-art specialty care clinic will serve members of Central Health's medical coverage programs. The clinic is set to open in October 2023.
