GET INVOLVED

Central Health believes the community must be at the center of addressing healthcare inequities.

Community Conversation

Central Health, Travis County’s hospital district, is building a better healthcare system for people with low income. We’re expanding care, opening new clinics, and enrolling more people in healthcare coverage. It’s all part of our new Healthcare Equity Plan to create a comprehensive, high-functioning healthcare system for the Travis County residents who need it the most.

Join us over lunch or dinner for a conversation on Central Health’s proposed 2024 budget and how it helps ensure healthcare is getting better in Travis County:

  • Thursday, August 17, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. – RSVP
Asian American Resource Center – 8401 Cameron Road
  • Tuesday, August 22, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. – RSVP
Pflugerville Community Center – 15822 Foothill Farms Loop
  • Monday, August 28, 10 a.m. – noon – RSVP
Southeast Health & Wellness Center – 2901 Montopolis Drive

*Free transportation to and from the event is available for MAP and MAP Basic members.
