Scope
- To perform LEEPs and Colpos.
Appropriate patients for referral into Gyn Procedures include:
- Abnormal PAP results
- Cervical Dysplasia
Documentation required for scheduling an appointment:
- Pap results
- Biopsy results
- Gen probe
- Colpo Target Sheet or NextGen GYN Colposcopy document (needed for LEEPs only)
NOTE: Instruct patient to report to specialty clinic appointment no earlier than 15-30 minutes prior to appointment time.
