A NEW MODEL FOR CARE
The Central Health Southeast Health & Wellness Center (SEHWC) is the result of a collaborative effort involving the Southeast Austin community, Central Health, and CommUnityCare.
Designed to serve our target population of uninsured and underinsured Travis County residents, the SEHWC is open to all members of the community.
The Community Resource Center offers meeting rooms, exercise spaces, education facilities, and more.

Farmshare sells Texas-grown produce, eggs, honey as well as grocery goods – all at reduced prices. All are welcome to come and shop.
Exercise and Wellness Programs
Fitness program that mixes cardio and strength training with Latin-inspired dance.
Adaptive Yoga Classes
A form of yoga that adapts movements and poses to a person’s physical abilities.
Bilingual Healthy Chef Cooking Classes
Dietician led cooking class that teach students healthy recipes that take 15 minutes or less.

Annual event that provides the community with free school supplies, backpacks, immunizations and more.
Free Tax Preparation
Foundation Communities offers free tax preparation for families and individuals making less than $55,000 a year.
Summer Lunch Program
Central Texas Food Bank provides free summer meals for kids and their family.

Annual event to celebrate the holidays with free books, hot cocoa, and a special photo opportunity with Santa.
